A Breath of Fresh Air

Project 365 – #046 After many days inside, I finally ventured out – if only briefly.  I needed to get a few groceries, and D wasn’t going to be able to take us to get them.  His schedule just wasn’t going to allow it.  Munchkin and I headed out, and I prayed that I would be fine until we arrived back home.  The Lord provided. My Valentine

Enter in a fun craft project using things from around the house… We gathered…

Review: the Case of the Missing Mountain

Mystery Rangers: the Case of the Missing MOUNTAIN by Kim Jones reminds me of the junior park rangers program with a twist of Nancy Drew for good measure.  This isn’t a run-of-the-mill activity book about Mount St. Helens.  It’s a book, written from a Creationists viewpoint that makes kids think.  As they unearth the clues, they begin the unravel the mystery of the missing mountain. Following their guides, Rangers Jack and Jen, kids will not only learn about Mount St. Helens, but also see why Creation and a whole earth flood are feasible.  This book is sure to spark imaginations…
