Money Management with KidBudget

Posted in Homeschooling, and Reviews

When I was first introduced to the KidBudget program, I liked the way the system was completely geared towards kids.  The colors were bright and fun.  The drawstring bags that were placed in a zippered pouch were a fun twist on the traditional envelope system.  A workbook meant for kids to go through on their own (with a little parental help here and there) allowed for kids to truly take charge of their own finances.  For good measure, the makers of KidBudget threw in one of the silicone saying bracelets that seem to be popular these days.  The program appeared…

Project 365 – #221 Lots of stuff going on behind the scenes at the Marine Corps Nomads household.  We’re busy getting things together for the “new” school year.  (We school year around, but some things aren’t as much of a focus during the off months.)  We had loads of fun on our vacation in July and then our trip this past weekend.  Of course, that means that some of the housework was set aside for a time.  Now, I’m buckling down and getting the house back in order and then some. Little did my…

A Short Exploration Trip
