Early Sunday morning, Gram went to meet her Heavenly Father. Nearly 3 years ago, we said goodbye to G’pa. Because Gram and Gramps had been married for 71 years at the time, we weren’t sure how much time we would have with Gram after Gramps passing. We were blessed with nearly 3 additional years with Gram. She had the opportunity to enhance the lives of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren with her sweet spirit even with the ups and downs of various health issues.
We’re rejoicing in her long life and the fact that she’ll no longer be suffering. She will be dearly missed by all, but we’re thankful that we have the comfort of knowing that she was a Christian.
My mother-in-law called Gram her little bird and says that she has flown away to be with Jesus. No more sorrow. No more pain. She’s safe in the arms of Jesus.
Prayers are appreciated for the family during the grieving process.
Praying for you and your family, Heather. Psalm 116:15
