In honor of Armed Forces Week, I thought it would be fun to post a couple of pre and post-deployment pictures for Throwback Thursday.
The goodbye kiss – before the tears were shed.
This is one of the few pictures that I have from this pre-deployment time period due to a computer crash where the back-up failed to work properly. I was thankful that I at least had this one.

Their arrival time kept getting pushed back until it ended up being rather dark when they arrived home. Not too many pics were taken due to the darkness, but it didn’t matter because he was home.
