A Special Treat from My Daughter

Munchkin wanted to do something special for my birthday. Normally, I make the cake/cupcakes/cheesecake/pie for birthdays either by myself or with a little assistance from Munchkin. This year, she decided that she wanted to do it all by herself. Other than asking a question here or there, she was able to make the gluten free marble cupcakes and homemade peanut butter buttercream frosting completely by herself. They were delicious, and Daddy said that he was quite lucky because he now had two girls in his life that could make him yummy cupcakes. 😉 Needless to say, Munchkin was quite pleased by this statement and her accomplishment. I was thankful that she was willing to do this for me and enjoyed her special gift to me. 🙂
