It’s hard to believe that it’s time to start packing for our move. Part of that is because we plan on moving out of housing a bit early. The plan, which could change as it’s not set in stone yet, is to have the movers come in May, so we’ll be out of housing by the end of May. Right now, I’m trying to detox my body which means that I’m not eating sugar or dairy. I’m also eating very few grains. Because of this, I’m finding that I need more protein to keep me feeling good and not run down. I was in the mood for some chicken salad, but mayo is not an item I can use right now.
