Normally, I try to surprise Munchkin with some fun Valentine’s Day goodies and decorations when she comes downstairs in the morning. Unfortunately, those plans had to be set aside when our wireless router went haywire and stopped working. When I was told that Jenny-O was coming out with a new line of burgers – Jalapeno Turkey Burgers, I knew that we’d want to try them. For my American Literature class, I was given the assignment of writing prose about the sunset. Prose, by definition according to the Marriam-Webster Dictionary, is: a literary medium distinguished from poetry especially by its greater irregularity and variety of rhythm and its closer correspondence to the patterns of everyday speech.
