My Thoughts:
At first glance, The Genius of Ancient Man may look like just another educational children’s picture book as you flip through the pages, but the pages are filled with thought-provoking information that will make you think more about the ideas you may have about man “in the beginning.” Many of us were brought up with the classic cave man images, with the ideas that “prehistoric” man was ignorant, but the facts, when examined, don’t line up with that thinking. What if man was actually more intelligent “in the beginning” than he is now? That wouldn’t really line up with evolutionary thinking, would it?
In this book, readers are taken on a journey back in time to examine the evidence for an intelligent ancient man. Readers will be shown how many ancient civilizations have their own creation, flood, and tower of Babel stories which points to an event like this taking place. Around the world, ancient civilizations built in a such a manner that is consistent with highly intelligent humans. In fact, some of the designs continue to baffle researchers because the tools or skills necessary to create such structure is beyond the scope of what we know today. No tools have been found, so how did they do it?
