While we were over in San Diego spending time with Grandma and Grandpa, we decided that we would visit the USS Midway. To make the trip even more fun, we hopped on the ferry in Coronado and road it over to San Diego. We explored the ship, learned a bit more about aircraft carriers, and enjoyed listening to the World War II veteran. We all agreed that we wouldn’t really care to live aboard the ship – too close quarters for us. 😉 Poor Daddy had to duck pretty much the whole time we were on board except when we were on the deck. lol!
