On Sunday, Daddy and Munchkin headed out to the grocery store to get much needed groceries. Our pantry, fridge, and freezer were looking rather bare. Not having the staples is no fun. I made up a list of all the things we needed (at least as many as I could remember) because my head was hurting too much to venture out with them.
Normally, sending them out for groceries is a tad dangerous as I never know what might make it into the cart, but this time very few extras found their way home. One of the extras was a special surprise for me. D and I are celebrating our anniversary this week, so when Munchkin spied these flowers at the grocery store, she pointed them out to Daddy. Daddy decided that they were perfect, and they made their way home to me.
Needless to say, I was quite surprised and touched by the thoughtful gift from my precious girl and loving husband.
