As you know, I’m extremely excited to be part of the Cheerios sendCheer campaign. Here’s a very brief overview of the program:
- This fall, specially-marked boxes of Cheerios cereal will feature Cheer postcards on the front of the box. Shoppers can simply cut out the postcard from the Cheerios logo, write a message of thanks on the back, add a stamp and mail the pre-addressed card to the USO. The USO will deliver the Cheer card to military families across the country.
- For each postcard received through November 2012, Cheerios will make a $1 donation to the USO to help fund programs that support military families.
- During the campaign kick off, Cheerios donated $150,000 to the USO, and they will continue to donate up to an additional $100,000 based upon the number of postcards received from specially marked boxes through November 30th, 2012.
To help you join the campaign and spread some cheer to our military families, I am able to give away one of the cool prize packs featured above. You’ll receive a sendCheer box of Cheerios, a Cheerios bowl, a Cheerios spoon, and a very cool cereal dispenser.
GIVEAWAY – Open to US Residents Only – Ends 11/30

My middle daughter enlisted 10 years ago. After being on a medical hold for more than three years, she was discharged from the Army two years ago. She is still going through a MEB and processing paperwork and stuff (much of which I don’t understand) through Comp & Pen and the VA. I try to support her in any way I’m able.
