Creamy or Crunchy

Posted in Gluten Free, and Photography

Project 365 – #081 I think the peanut butter – creamy or crunchy – debate may be right up there with the toilet paper – over or under – debate.  Our house is pretty much split.  Munchkin does not care for crunchy peanut butter unless it’s in something (like cookies).  D prefers crunchy, but he’s fine with creamy.  (Creamy peanut butter is the norm around here, but occasionally, we’ll purchase some crunchy.)  I like either – no real preference. One of the difficulties of going gluten free was finding a good peanut butter and jelly bread.  Most gluten free breads…

Tropical Traditions Coconut Cream Giveaway

Coconut Cream Concentrate is pure organic coconut meat that is finely ground into a creamy consistency.  Unlike many of the other Tropical Traditions coconut oil products, the coconut cream concentrate is a food rather than a cooking oil.  You can use it in baked goods, in smoothies, or just smear it on some toast.  You can even make your own coconut milk! When I was asked if I would like to try out Crunchy N Yummy snacks, I jumped at the opportunity.  After all, they were certified organic, freeze-dried fruit!  These snacks sounded…
