When you go gluten free, there are certain foods that you miss.  We miss being able to pick up those individually packaged goodies that come in a box.  You know the ones that your mom may have packed in your school lunch?  Some foods, I haven’t found a good replacement for yet.  As much as I would like to make everything, it’s just not practical all of the time.  I’m so grateful for companies who are striving to make gluten free products taste good. Project 365 – #060 It’s hard to believe that it’s already the first of March.  We’re 60 days into the new year.  Two months have come and gone.  February was a bit of a crazy month for us; it will be interesting to see what this new month holds for us.
