I have gotten out of the habit of menu planning, so this week, I’m making the effort to get back into menu planning for my own sanity. While we’re still eating home cooking each day, I’ve found myself rushing around more than I would like when dinner time approaches, so I’m taking steps to correct the unnecessary evening craziness.
For Breakfast:
- gluten free granola
- gluten free peanut butter toast
- eggs
For Lunch:
- left-overs
- veggies
- sandwiches
For Dinner:
- Gluten Free Pierogies per Munchkin’s request
- Gluten Free Pizza
- Gluten Free Parmesan Crusted Chicken Nuggets
- Gluten Free Taco Salad
- Gluten Free Cheesesteaks
