365 Project 1-6

Posted in Photography

Today, I’m playing a little catch-up with the 365 Project pictures.  I was a little late in getting signed up, so I’m just jumping in a posting pictures that I took on the various days this week.

Day One – January 1st

Bag with Stuffed Animal

For Christmas, my stepmom sent me this great bag (from Thirty-One).  I love that I can fit lots of books and magazines in it.  The adorable little stuffed penguin with huge eyes was my Christmas stuffed animal.  He likes to ride around in the bag’s front pocket.  (We like to take stuffed animals with us when we travel.)  This lovely bag and cute stuffed animal went with me when we went camping.  It allowed me to keep all of my reading materials in one place, and the penguin just makes me smile when I see him.  It’s gotta be those large eyes. lol!

Day Two – January 2nd

Laundry

We returned home from our camping trip and unloaded the trailer.  There is always lots of laundry to be done after a trip, and this trip was no different.  While I headed upstairs to take a shower, Munchkin surprised me by starting the laundry.  What a blessing!

Day Three – January 3rd

Candle

It was time to take down the Christmas decorations.  When I put up the Christmas decorations, I usually pack away some of our regular decorations in the Christmas bins.  It’s always fun to unpack those decorations and put them back up.  I also was able to add the lovely candle with holder that I received from my Grandma at Christmas.

Day Four – January 4th

Wooden Car

Today was all about getting organized.  I started tackling the clutter and mess around the house.  I was pleased to find some decorations that had been set aside last year and didn’t make it back up after Christmas.  We’ve been blessed by family members giving us treasures from their travels around the world.

Day Five – January 5th

Fitness Equipment

One of my goals for this year is to be more consistent with my fitness.  While I don’t have huge goals, I want to try to exercise a little each day.  I’m using lots of different things for my exercising as I seem to need variety to keep myself motivated.

Day Six – January 6th

Fruit Bowl

One of Munchkin’s favorite snacks is bananas.  She’s pretty funny ’cause she prefers slightly green bananas over yellow bananas.  Once they are completely yellow, Daddy takes over eating them.  We’ve also been blessed with free citrus fruit from local trees.

  1. Love all the pictures and love thrity-one bags!! I’m following along with P52, which is just posting one picture a week, for a year. I knew I would not be able to keep up with the 365. Good luck at it!

    • I debated doing the daily 365 or the weekly. I figured that I “should” be able to do it as I’m usually posting pictures anyway. We’ll see how it goes. 😉

    • I usually start off really well with the exercise and then fall off. I’m hoping with some encouragement from my hubby that I’ll be able to stick with it this time. We want to do some longer hikes, so I need to get in shape.

  5. Munchkin picked out the penguin. His eyes are what drew her to him. 🙂

  6. I like the round reflections on the exercise ball, gives an interesting effect. The colors of the fruit are so warm.
