I very much enjoy looking at Christmas lights. No matter where we are living, we try to find a very nice Christmas light display. Last year, we missed out on that, but this year, we went to Storybook Lane. A group of neighbors (not in our neighborhood) came together to put on a light show display featuring ‘Twas the Night before Christmas. You could drive down the street and look at the display (very long, very slow process), or you could park and walk down the street to see all of the displays. We decided to walk, and I’m glad we did. It allowed us to look more closely at the different displays and take our time.
We went to the light display shortly after dark on Christmas Eve. They put on the display every evening from dusk to 10 (I believe) until December 31st. They had someone walking around dressed as Santa, and the evening that we were there, they were handing out dum-dums to everyone. Munchkin really liked the large poodle who was all dressed up in Christmas style.

I too like looking at Christmas lights
here in New Zealand
one of the main real estate agents have a competition to encourage house owners to decorate their houses
then the company have free maps in their offices so you can go and see where the houses are
there are also double decker bus tours here in the Bay but you have to be organized the book early to do that
I especially like the look of that arch 🙂

That looks awesome. We have a lights show thingy called the Festival of Lights that we go to each year. We haven’t gone yet this year, but it’s on the list to do soon.
