Join the Really Woolly kids as they learn about facing their fear and trusting in Jesus our Shepherd. The two episodes – Gracie’s Ewe Scout Campout and Jacob’s New Friend – focus on Psalm 23:4.

Trusting in the ShepherdThe sheep characters in Really Woolly kids are adorable.  Just like human kids, the Really Woolly kids are facing different fears in their lives.  Each episode features a different kind of fear.  Using scripture, the adults help the kids see that they do not need to be afraid because the Good Shepherd, Jesus, is there to take care of them.  Once the kids realize that the Good Shepherd will help them, they are able to face and overcome their fears.  A fun song helps the kids remember what they have learned.

Really Woolly kids was created to help parents teach their kids scripture.  The adventure doesn’t just stop with the dvd.  Parents and kids can go online and have an interactive adventure and download activities for the week.  Kids can play games, watch videos, and print fun activities.

Really Woolly kids, including the online adventures, are geared toward kids ages 6-12, but I believe younger kids will enjoy it as well.  These videos would be great for use not only at home, but also at church for Sunday School or children’s church.  Overall, I was impressed with the Really Woolly kids episodes.

    My boys are only four months old so they don’t really have a favorite yet. However, we listen to Veggie Tales all the time so I’m hoping that will be a favorite.
