My Thoughts:

We own several other books by Nancy Rue that Munchkin really like, so I was looking forward to reading this new book.  As with previous books, I enjoy Nancy’s style of writing to Christian girls.  She’s very good about pointing out that young ladies should be talking to their parents and obeying their parents wishes.  She points out ways to approach parents with questions/concerns with the right attitude.

Munchkin will be reading this book in the near future. She did not have a chance to read it prior to this review.  Based upon her take on Nancy’s other books, she is sure to like this book as well.  With practical suggestions on how to not only take care of the physical self but also the inner self, this book is sure to be a hit with both tweens and teens.

Nancy has done yet another fine job of creating a book that helps young ladies address common concerns at their age.  She does it in a way that helps the girls with their self-esteem and helps the girls honor their parents.

I received a copy of The Skin You’re In as a member of First Wild Card in exchange for an honest review. No other compensation was received. All opinions are my own. This post contains an amazon affiliate link.
