Amy’s Kitchen is known for their meals that contain no additives, no msg, no preservatives, no gmos and no trans fats.  The fruits, vegetables, and grains used in their products are organic.  All of their meals are vegetarian – no meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, or eggs.  The dairy cheeses are made with pasteurized rBST hormone-free milk.  None of their products contain peanuts. Gluten Free Fried Cheese Sticks Ingredients: Spring Roll Wrappers (make sure they are gluten free) Sticks of Cheese (I used mozzarella) Seasoning (if desired) Directions: Heat up oil to around 360 degrees (I use a deep fryer with palm shortening) Soak spring roll wrappers in water to soften. Cut cheese in sticks if not already cut. Place spring roll wrapper on plate and sprinkle with seasoning (if desired, I use oregano & garlic powder). Bible in 90 Days: Wrap Up

It’s hard to believe that 90 days ago, Munchkin and I began the Bible in 90 Days Challenge ? We’ve had many ups and downs along the way.  There were many times that I didn’t think that I would be able to complete this challenge.  Munchkin had an easier time with it all that I did.  It’s another reminder to me why Jesus welcomed children.  The faith of children is truly amazing.
