In the Kitchen: OAMC Part 1

My March Once A Month Cooking (OAMC) has begun.  I do mine a little differently than many people.  I tend to get things done over a series of several days. What I’ve done so far: 25 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts have been vacuum sealed and placed in freezer.  (half with seasoning, half without) 10 lbs of ground turkey have been divided into 1 lb vacuum sealed packages and placed in freezer.  (still need to purchase more ground turkey) 5 quart sized bags of gluten free blueberry granola have been made (based on OAMM Crystal’s Lazy Granola recipe) 2…
