Gluten Free Bean & Cheese Quesadillas Ingredients: 1 C Shredded Cheese (I use a pepper jack & cheddar blend) 8 Wraps (I use Sandwich Petals or gf corn tortillas) 1/2 C re-fried beans Olive Oil Garlic Powder Sides: sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, olives, onions, peppers… Directions: Spray or brush olive oil on bottom of wrap & sprinkle with garlic powder. Graphics-Toolbox by Great Software Tools is a graphics software that was designed with the every day user in mind.  Once the user gets to know the program, the icons and user interface will, in theory, be easier for the end-user.  If you have used other graphics or photo editing software, you might find the interface to be a little confusing at first as the set-up is completely different. Gluten Free Chicken Stir Fry Ingredients: 4 C cooked brown rice 1-2 C frozen or cooked fresh veggies 2 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1-2 Tbsp butter 2 Tbsp Norlander’s Original Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce 4 Tbsp water Gluten Free Soy Sauce Cut up chicken breasts into bite-size pieces.  Place in marinade of 1 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce and 4 Tbsp water.  Marinate overnight.
