Exploring Nature…
Grabbing a Bite to Eat…
For more Foto Friday Challenge, head on over Renaissance.
I am grateful for Rebecca hosting Foto Friday Challenge and for all of the other wonderful participants. I enjoy snapping pictures, but I am not a photographer. The Lord has truly blessed some of these ladies, including Rebecca, with the gift of photography. It’s always a joy to see the lovely pictures they share each week.
Your pictures are all outstanding.. if I had to pick a favorite.. the bugs in the pod!! WOW
That second shot really caught my eye- is it tree bark?
The bugs give me the willies…. ;0)
Yes, it's tree bark.
These are very interesting, especially the bugs on the milkweed. Brings back memories of when I was a child and we played house. The unopened milkweeds were our pickles, and then we would carefully peel off the outer layer to reveal the seeds and use them as fish!
I dont know if my comment made it on or not, so I will add again! I liked them all…but the bugs are my favorite…and also the most disturbing *shiver*…Great Job!!!
Nature is the best subject for macro, I think. It makes you really notice God's creations where we might not have otherwise. You did a nice job on all of them…would you mind telling me what that last picture is of? They look like butternut squash but they don't grow roots like that. I have no idea–and it is BUGGING me! 🙂
Have a good week!
Oh I love the picture of your green onions/scallions! But I must admit the picture of the tree bark and the beetles in the milkweed pods are my favorite!!
Okay, I do have to ask you a question… How do you get your name, etc on your photos? I have seen many who do it and I understand it is a means of protecting your "copyrights" but don't know how to go about it! Thank you so very much for any assistance you can offer!!

I love the pine needles! The color is just gorgeous! Great job!
Blessings,
