BFS #106 – Have It Your Way

Assignment: Tell us all about how your have “your” relaxing time, more especially how during the cooler months you take time to curl up with your favorite movie, book, Bible study, and what your favorite warm drink would be. My time for relaxing is usually after I put Munchkin to bed in the evening. I like to curl up in bed and spend my “quiet time” catching up on email and blogging. Munchkin and I both have projects that we’ve been working on as we’re waiting for D’s arrival home. I can’t post Munchkin’s completed project yet as it’s a surprise for Daddy. I’ll post pictures once he sees it. I’ve been working on a Felicity dress for Munchkin. She wants to be able to wear it for the costume contest at church. Yesterday, I cut out all of the pieces. Assignment: Post your favorite fall recipe/recipes to share. I love trying new recipes, do you? It can be baking, main dishes, veggies, dessert or anything else you can think of. There are no limits. More Soccer Fun

It was a cold, rainy morning as we headed over to the soccer field. Today was team picture day. It took a lot of work, but the team finally made it together (minus 2 players that forgot it was picture day) and had their pictures taken. By that point, the rain had stopped. After pictures, the team got ready for the game by warming up a bit. Although it was a chilly day, the kids seemed to play better. They weren’t cold.
