I designed this lapbook for Munchkin to be filled in throughout the year. We’ll be learning about each President. All the templates are now available for download at homeschool share.
Once again, I designed the cover in my PrintMaster program. The book is a little thicker, so it doesn’t close completely.
She’ll be learning about the requirements to become US President and Presidential responsibility. She’ll also be writing about states where the Presidents live and why we have a President (and not a king). She will be recording which Presidents are on the different coins and bills. In addition, we’ll be doing a little Presidential Trivia.
I made matchbooks for each of the Presidents. As I said, Munchkin will be filling these in throughout the year.
Finally, we have booklets on the President’s home, If I were President…, and Famous Quotes. I also put in a scroll with the Presidential Oath of Office.
