Thankful Thursday

Posted in Family

I am thankful for the beautiful weather and being able to be outdoors with my Munchkin.

I am thankful for a loving husband. The Lord has blessed me with a man who loves the Lord, who loves his family, and who loves his country. While we miss him dearly, we praise the Lord for him each and every day.

I am thankful for the internet and email. While it’s been a while since we’ve heard from D, I am still able to keep him updated on a daily basis how things are going here. It allows him to feel more like he’s part of our day (even if he isn’t able to read the emails until later).

I am thankful for all of our prayer warriors who are lifting up my beloved and our family.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and for praying for that family. Heartbreaking.

Your blog is lovely! We have much in common!! My hubby is active duty Air Force but he has been serving here in the states. I will add your husband to my prayer list.

    Blessings to you and yours,
    Katie

Although I do not know your husband, I do thank God for the men and women ( your husband included) that fight for our freedom. I thank God for their families (yours included) that endure the absence of their spouses, children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts and such so that they may fight for the freedoms that we so much enjoy and at times take for granted. May God bless your family while you are apart and safely bring you back together again soon, In Jesus Name.
I really enjoyed reading your list.
    Be blessed.

Heather – I can’t even imagine how hard it must be to be apart from your beloved. I am glad that you are able to keep in contact with him via email.

Thank you so much for sharing your grateful heart with us…Sorry it took me so long to read yours.

Blessings to you and your precious family…
