You see, one of her friends lives in fear each day that the casualty officer will come to her home and tell her that her husband has been killed in action. Gluten-Free Yellow Cake Ingredients: 1 1/2 C White Rice Flour3/4 C Tapioca Flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda3 tsp baking powder1 tsp xanthan gum4 eggs1 1/4 C white sugar2/3 C mayonnaise1 C milk2 tsp vanilla extract Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and rice flour 2 8 or 9 inch cake pans or a jelly roll pan.2. Mix the eggs, sugar, and mayonnaise until fluffy.3. In different bowl, mix together dry ingredients.4. Add dry ingredients to the egg mixture. Add milk and vanilla and mix well. Spread batter into pan(s).5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cakes…

Hamburger or Hot Dog Buns (Gluten-Free) Ingredients: 3/4 C Rice Flour1/4 C Potato Starch1/2 C Tapioca Starch2 tsp baking powder1 tsp xanthan gum1/2 tsp salt1 Tbsp sugar2 Eggs1/3 C Oil1/2 C milk Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl.2. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Spray cookie sheet with pam. Shape buns into hamburger or hot dog bun shapes.3. Bake immediately for 13-15 minutes. Do not under bake as they will fall.
