Yum, peanut butter cookies… Around here, we enjoy our sweets. I knew that going gluten-free may mean some changes, but I didn’t want it to have to be a horrible change. Off I went in search of some easy, yummy sweets. I stumbled across a recipe for flourless peanut butter cookies. Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies 1 Cup Peanut Butter (crunchy or creamy is fine)1 Cup Sugar1 Egg1 tsp baking powder Cream together the ingredients until smooth. Benefits of Going Gluten Free

D checked in to his new duty station yesterday and is already staying over night tonight. Hopefully, this is not an indication of how things will be… Now, the good part of this is that it allowed me to really get things done in the kitchen.
