Daylight Saving Time Beginning in 2007, daylight saving time (DST) will be extended in the United States. DST will start three weeks earlier on March 11, 2007, and end one week later on November 4, 2007. This results in a new DST period that is four weeks longer than previously observed. Everything went really well with the closing on our new house. We also had a good time together this weekend. It was suppose to be warm, but it ended up being quite chilly. This morning we headed out with a few sprinkles — by the time we ended up back here, there was a foot of snow on the ground. The snow later turned to freezing rain/sleet. It then turned to rain.
