Yesterday, we went over to the local dinner theater with our homeschool group for a lunch showing of their production — Narnia. We had chicken breast sandwiches, apples, goldfish, oreo snackers, and a juice box. The production, although greatly different than the book/movie, was good. The kids were clapping very loudly after each scene. We had a wonderful time.

At the beginning of the year, I signed myself up for the 52 Hike Challenge. The challenge involves taking 52 hikes in the year. While the idea is to take one hike per week, you can do the challenge in whatever way works for you. Basically, it’s a little extra motivation to get outdoors and enjoy nature through hiking.
