21 Day Fix Week 6

This week, we were prepping for Munchkin’s graduation and company, so I took a day off from the full workout here and there. On days when I didn’t get in a 21 Day Fix workout, I either did the 10 minute ab workout included in the program, or I just did a lot of physical labor.

We’ve been enjoying beautiful weather, so it’s easy to spend more time outdoors getting exercise. Because I’m in such a routine with my exercise program, not doing the regular program has thrown me for a little loop. At the same time, I knew that I needed to find a workable balance between the physical activities that I needed to get done and my regular exercise.

I’ve enjoying seeing in a practical way how all of the consistent exercise has helped me in daily physical activities around our place. Things that used to be difficult have become easier to accomplish.

Next week will be interesting as we’ll have lots of activity and company. I’m not sure how that will play out when it comes to exercising.
