For me it would either be watermelon, or homemade salsa. It is so good, you can eat it by itself.

I recently learned how to make banana ice cream out of frozen banana slices, homemade goat yogurt, honey and a little salt. We’re following the Specific Carbohydrate Diet to see if it will help my daughter with her ulcerative colitis and she thought this ice cream was a real treat!

  8. My favorite summer treat has got to be lemonade – organic lemon juice, water and stevia. Super simple, but so good and refreshing!
