This is a really easy dish that’s sure to please even a picky eater. Have them pick out their favorite pasta shapes to make the dish even more fun. Once again, I usually make extra of this to freeze for later. I don’t use measurements on this dish as it varies according to meal/family size.
Ingredients:
Your favorite gluten free pasta
Your favorite pasta sauce (I use homemade)
Mozzarella cheese
Meat (optional)
Recipe:
Cook pasta according to instructions and drain. Put back in pan and add pasta sauce. Stir in mozzarella cheese. Place in 350 F oven until cheese is hot and bubbly.
If you’re going to freeze this dish, slightly undercook the pasta and do not bake until the day you serve the dish.
