Munchkin really loves drawing and nature, so it is only natural to want to combine the 2 activities.  We never seem to be able to find a nature journal that is “just right” for her.  She likes to personalize her things, so we decided to take that idea and run with it. Baked Mac ‘n Cheese

This is my grandfather’s Mac ‘n Cheese recipe — passed down to my mom — passed down to me — and someday to be passed down to munchkin. Ingredients:1 1/2 C macaroni1 tsp salt1 1/2 C grated cheddar cheese*2 T flour1 1/4 C milk (optional use 1 egg & 2 C milk instead)2 T butter Recipe:1. Melt butter; blend in flour & salt2. I’m going to try to start posting a recipe each week that we really enjoy. Notice I said try. lol! 😉 As some of you know, I’m really big into freezer cooking or plan ahead cooking. One of the things that I like to do it prepare breakfast meals ahead of time for D. It’s helps him out when he’s running slow in the morning or just wants something different.
