Today, it was absolutely gorgeous outside. First thing this morning we headed to the field for Munchkin’s soccer game. The kids played really hard today, and that hard work payed off with the first win of the season. Munchkin was tired but thrilled. After the game, we headed home for an early lunch because we were headed out to a local car show ~ Midnight at the Oasis. This isn’t a little car show. It’s absolutely HUGE. Munchkin has so much fun playing sports. It’s a good way for her to get exercise, stay in shape, make friends, and learn teamwork. It also helps her work on persevering through various challenges. Working through these little challenges help her learn how to face bigger challenges in life. In today’s soccer game, Munchkin was hit with several balls that were kicked quite hard.
