I’ve been told that we’ve had more rain this year than is normal for this area. Since it’s our first year here, I really have no idea what to expect. It didn’t seem like we received that much rain, but we received enough that the desert has decided to come to life… These little flowers could be seen all over the place nestled in among the rocks. Munchkin felt that we couldn’t leave out these yummy pink gluten free cupcake circles from the challenge. They didn’t last long, so it was a good thing that I snapped a picture right away. While watching the Commandant’s Own, the Drum and Bugle Corps, we saw lots and lots of circles. This particular picture was one that we really liked.
