Warm Weather and Winter Blossoms

Posted in Family, and Photography

Project 365 #017 One of the things that I enjoy about living here in the Arizona desert is the beautiful winters.  Today, it was lovely outside – warm and sunny.  It was definitely shorts and t-shirt type weather.  We opened up the house and let the fresh air in.  Outside of the house, I found a few beautiful blossoms in our neighbors bush that just called to have their picture taken. Waters in the Wilderness and Rivers in the Desert Do not remember former things, Nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make…

Posted in Family, Homeschooling, and Outdoor Adventures

I’m finally getting the last installment of the Sea World pictures up.  I’m sure I’ll have a few random animal pictures to share later, but for now, this wraps up the trip.  The final show that we saw was the Sea Lions Live show.  The stage looked like a television studio, and all of the show names were spoofs of real tv shows.  We cracked up at the crazy antics from the animals. After we finished up at the Sea Lions Live show, we headed over to the Arctic and saw some penguins and beluga whales. We thought the beluga…
