I saw beautiful red items all over the place this week, but I rarely had my camera with me.  So, I ended up just taking pictures of things that were around the house.  You can also check out the red Indian ruins from when we were in the Grand Canyon. Chebe Bread Giveaway

Chebe (pronounced chee-bee) Bread is a bread product based upon Brazilian cheese bread.  It is a delicious, easy to prepare gluten free, wheat free, and yeast free bread. We were given the opportunity to review the original Chebe Bread.  It is free of gluten, wheat, yeast, soy, corn, potato, rice, tree nuts, peanuts and MSG.  It is easy to prepare.  You add in oil, eggs, water, and cheese.  I decided to use Parmesan cheese and make some buns with our mixes.  We quickly found that these were so tasty that one mix was not enough.  One mix made five hamburger…

Foto Friday Challenge: Circles

Munchkin felt that we couldn’t leave out these yummy pink gluten free cupcake circles from the challenge. They didn’t last long, so it was a good thing that I snapped a picture right away. While watching the Commandant’s Own, the Drum and Bugle Corps, we saw lots and lots of circles.  This particular picture was one that we really liked. GF Chicken Pot Pie ~ Leftovers

What do you do when you have leftover chicken (or turkey) and don’t feel like eating it by itself?  Well, I make some gluten free chicken pot pie.  This is one of those throw together recipes, so I do not have exact measurements. I toss together 2-3 cups of shredded chicken and 2 cups of frozen veggies (or leftover veggies from the fridge).  For the gravy, I place 2 cups of chicken or veggie stock in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.  Slowly add in 2-4 Tbsp of potato flour stirring constantly to avoid lumps.  Once the gravy…
