Celebrating Daddy’s Birthday

Posted in Family, and Photography

Project 365 – #010 Munchkin is still sick, so Daddy’s birthday wasn’t very exciting.  We still had a nice day together, and I surprised D with some gluten free peanut butter cup cupcakes.  I made some chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter butter cream frosting.  For fun, I added a peanut butter cup on top and a few candies.  We were all on a little sugar high after eating the cupcakes, but they were delicious.  We watched a movie together, and then D and Munchkin had fun making paper airplanes.  It was not the birthday that we had originally planned, but…

Project 365 – #009 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; Philippians 4:6 This plaque hangs next to my front door.  It’s in a very visible location as a constant reminder that I need to make sure that I am praying and not worrying.  The Lord is in control.  In that, I can take comfort. Today, I’m playing a little catch-up with the 365 Project pictures.  I was a little late in getting signed up, so I’m just jumping in a posting pictures that I took on the various days this week. Day One – January 1st For Christmas, my stepmom sent me this great bag (from Thirty-One).  I love that I can fit lots of books and magazines in it.  The adorable little stuffed penguin with huge eyes was my Christmas stuffed animal.  He likes to ride around in the bag’s front pocket.  (We like to take stuffed animals with us when we travel.) …
