Tackle It Tuesday: Flooring

I am pleased to announce that I was able to finish last weeks tackle of stripping the vinyl off the laundry and kitchen/dining room floor. I needed to get this done before my husband came home for his long weekend because we/he would be tackling the next phase — the laminate. So, this week’s tackle was installing the laminate. Meal Plan Monday

For the next couple of days, D is home so we’ll be eating a bit more hearty meals. When he’s gone, we tend to eat easier meals. Here is my menu for this week: 1. Salisbury Steak, potatoes, green beans 2. Chicken, stuffing, veggie bake 3. Cheese & Veggie Quasedillas 4. Grilled Chicken or Steak with veggies & baked potatoes 5. Popcorn chicken with veggies & dip 6. Soup and sandwiches 7. Chicken (or tuna) salad All items subject to change do to crazy schedules. Hope you all have a great week!!!
