It’s Raining!

The rain has been steadily falling since early this morning. What a wonderful sight!! Ironically, there are many people in the area that are complaining about the rain because it is messing up their plans for today. Either they’re clueless or they don’t care about what’s been going on in our area. That made me think about how many times we complain about things that “mess up” our lives, but in reality, God is using those things to make our lives better in the long run… I know there are many times that I need to look for the silver…

Another Brush Fire Update

The major fire continues to burn. Estimates state that over 800 acres have been burned so far. The area around us is filled thick with smoke, and the smell is coming into the house now. The good news is that we are suppose to get rain tomorrow. Please pray that the rain comes, puts out this fire, and clears out the air.

It’s Pretty Bad When…

…you walk up to the computer repair desk and the person behind the desk says, “Oh, ya, I remember this computer.” **sigh** Yes, they know me and my computer. lol! The only good thing is that it is under warranty. Now, if they follow their policy, I should technically get a brand new computer as the laptop has been sent out for the same problem more than 4 times. We’ll see. Right now, I’m more concerned with the fact that I’m going to be without my laptop for 2-3 weeks while it’s in the shop. Ugh! Add that to the…
