After many delays in delivery, we were finally able to pick up my birthday present on Thursday night. What do you think? I think it’s the best birthday present. I think Munchkin was pretty pleased too. lol!

Munchkin decided that she wanted to surprise Daddy with a cake. She picked out the Scooby Doo cake pan because we love Scooby Doo and the cheeseburger was perfect for Daddy. We decided to try out a new cake recipe and add our own twist by making it a marble cake. Munchkin make the cake (minus the oven step). Assignment: Tell us all about how your have “your” relaxing time, more especially how during the cooler months you take time to curl up with your favorite movie, book, Bible study, and what your favorite warm drink would be. My time for relaxing is usually after I put Munchkin to bed in the evening. I like to curl up in bed and spend my “quiet time” catching up on email and blogging. Munchkin and I both have projects that we’ve been working on as we’re waiting for D’s arrival home. I can’t post Munchkin’s completed project yet as it’s a surprise for Daddy. I’ll post pictures once he sees it. I’ve been working on a Felicity dress for Munchkin. She wants to be able to wear it for the costume contest at church. Yesterday, I cut out all of the pieces.
