Free Creation Resources

Creation Conversations is a place were Christians who believe in Biblical creation can come together and discuss their beliefs, share ideas, and recommend evolution free resources. The site even has a couple of free books you can download: In Six Days, complied by Dr. John Ashton Defending the Faith by Dr. Henry Morris In addition to the free books, you will find free chapters from several other books as well as lists of creation resources. Take a look at my free Creation Science lapbooks: Creation Science extras, The Great Dinosaur Mystery Solved!, and Life in the Great Ice Age.

Bible in 90 Days: Day 88 Check-in

Can you believe we’re at day 88 of the Bible in 90 Days Challenge ?  The 90 Day Challenge has 2 grace days built into it, so we have until Wednesday to finish.  I was able to finish up early due to being able to work and listen.  Munchkin should be finishing up tonight if all goes as planned.  I’ll be posting the final check-in on Wednesday. Munchkin informed me last night that Revelation is one of her favorite books in the Bible.  She said it is really cool because of everything that is talked about.  I’m not sure why…

Bakery on Main takes pride in creating healthy, natural foods that are not only good for you, but also taste good. We had the opportunity to try out several different cereals and granola bars from the gluten free line of Bakery on Main. Cinnamon Raisin Granola: This granola is made with gluten free oats and has a nice crunch.  It has a good flavor overall, but I would have preferred a more pronounced cinnamon flavor.  Gluten Free, Casein Free Extreme Fruit & Nut Granola: This granola was one of the favorites.  It was filled with sunflower seeds, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds,…

My Gluten Free Flour Blend

This is the gluten free flour blend that I currently use in my baking: 1 C Brown Rice Flour 1 C Sorghum Flour 1 C Amaranth Flour 3 3/4 C White Rice Flour 2 1/4 C Sweet Rice Flour 2 C Tapioca Starch 3/4 C Potato Starch 3/4 C Corn Starch 6 tsp Xanthan Gum I usually make up a large batch and store it in an airtight Tupperware container.
