Well Stocked Freezer

Thursday was our Azure Standard pick-up day.  I haven’t ordered in a little while, and I haven’t done any major grocery shopping.  Our freezer was almost bare.  I hate that feeling as it makes it difficult to prepare meals.  There is something beautiful about a well stocked freezer. After picking up my Azure order, I headed to the grocery store to pick up my ground turkey and chicken breasts.  This time, it was actually cheaper to buy the “tubes” of ground turkey instead of buying the bulk size and repackaging.  Plus, that saved me a little time. Another sign she’s growing up…

Today, I had to run out and pick up our Azure Standard order from the semi-truck delivery location.  Munchkin requested that she be allowed to stay at home, so she could complete her school work instead of riding along with me.  Since I knew that I wouldn’t be gone long, I agreed to her request. When I arrived home, Munchkin immediately helped me unload all of the food and verify that we had received everything that we had ordered.  She helped me get everything organized and put away. 5 Lessons Every Kid Should Learn

Growing up, there are many life lessons that kids need to learn.  It’s our job as parents to teach our children.  Some of the lessons that I believe are most important are: 1.  Love the Lord with all your heart, mind, and soul.
