Trip to Sea World Part 4

To say we were excited when we learned that  main stream company like General Mills was going to have a gluten free division of their company would be an understatement.  We were thrilled.  In honor of this new division, General Mills set up a website called Live Gluten Freely where consumers can not only check out the gluten free product list, but also find delicious recipes and connect with other gluten free foodies.  General Mills currently offers over 300 gluten free products.  They are clearly marked gluten free on the packaging.
