Simple Spring Snacking: Kiwi

Recently, Munchkin discovered that she really likes Kiwi fruit.  It makes a delicious easy snack in the afternoons.  I’ve enjoyed Kiwi for as long as I can remember.  I like the tart, not-quite-ripe Kiwi as well as the sweet, very ripe Kiwi.  I remember enjoying these special treats when I was a child.  Munchkin wasn’t sold on them until this week.  I sliced up a few for my after lunch snack, and she asked to try one.  She took her first bite and promptly asked if she could have more.  Before I knew it, the plate was gone.  She’s now…
