Our online cooking class lesson for this week is burgers and sweet potato fries. Instead of just using hamburger, Munchkin combined sausage and hamburger with some diced onions to make the patties. I chopped up the sweet potatoes, and Munchkin added the seasoning and prepared them for baking. Munchkin then made the barbecue sauce. When Daddy came home, he grilled the burgers. Munchkin decided that she likes these burgers and bbq sauce. In fact, she wanted another burger when she finished the first one!! I think there is something special about making things yourself.
