Cooking Class: Warm Chicken Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

We have a new favorite dressing thanks to Munchkin and her online cooking class. Lately, we’ve been trying to stay away from packaged salad dressing, so it’s nice to have a new dressing to add to our homemade dressing recipes. Munchkin prefers the homemade ranch dressing, but Daddy and I really enjoyed the poppy seed dressing. We look forward to having the warm chicken salad with poppy seed dressing as part of our normal menu plan. It will be quite refreshing this summer with fresh veggies from the farmer’s market.

Cooking Class: Parmesan Chicken with Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Munchkin made another lovely meal from her online cooking class, and we’re delightfully stuffed from this very satisfying meal. Munchkin prepared parmesan chicken breasts with roasted brussels sprouts and potatoes. The potatoes were an add on since we had some baby red potatoes that needed to be used. The whole meal turned out really well. I had her make extra, so she’ll be able to use it in the salad she has planned for tomorrow. Daddy also wanted another meal to take with him for lunch tomorrow.
