This can also be made in the crockpot for those days that you’re on the go and want to have a delicious dish to come home to. Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1 C salsa 1/2 cup mayo 2 tsp chili powder 2 C crushed tortilla chips 1 C shredded Colby cheese (or use your favorite cheese) 1 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or use your favorite cheese) 1 medium tomato, chopped 2 C shredded lettuce Sour Cream Recipe: 1. This is a really easy dish that’s sure to please even a picky eater. Have them pick out their favorite pasta shapes to make the dish even more fun. Once again, I usually make extra of this to freeze for later. I don’t use measurements on this dish as it varies according to meal/family size. Ingredients: Your favorite gluten free pasta Your favorite pasta sauce (I use homemade) Mozzarella cheese Meat (optional) Recipe: Cook pasta according to instructions and drain.
