Thanksgiving Lapbook

Here’s are first real attempt at doing a lapbook. Munchkin and I had fun putting it all together and decorating it. We decided, in an attempt to actually complete it, that we should glue all the parts in before filling them out. Over the next 2 weeks, we’ll slowing do all of the activities and fill in the little books. Fall Fun

On Wednesday, we headed over to Trader Joes to pick up some goodies to send to D. When we arrived, we found out that they were having some fun activities for Halloween. First, Munchkin had to search for the treasure chest in the store to get a prize. It took some hunting, but she found it! Then, she had to pick out which jack-o-lantern she liked the best. (Each employee had carved a jack-o-lantern for the contest.) And last, but certainly not least, they supplied a pumpkin for Munchkin to paint. What a nice little distraction for the day… Later…
