The Good Last week, I was having a great week not only getting projects done around the house but also with my fitness program. I was back on my regular 21 Day Fix Fitness program routine, and I had added yoga to the mix in the evenings. Fitness Friday: 21 Day Fix Week 7

So this week is sort of week 7 of my 21 Day Fix program. I say sort due to taking some time off due to activities and illness. With having time off, I felt like I was starting over again – almost. This time around I was further along in my fitness that when I started the first time. It’s amazing how quickly your body can be knocked out of the routine. After the craziness of the last few weeks, this week was all about getting healthy again. For me, this meant that I got back to the basics with eating real, healthy, whole food. It also meant getting a good night’s sleep as well as some rest during the day as I tried to shake the illness. This week, I ate a lot more veggies and fruits. I made my own smoothie popcicles for a healthy snack, and I drank a smoothie each day. I had little to no sugar, and I didn’t eat processed foods. Exercise certainly is important, but…
